2020-2021 Kindergarten Supply List

Registration will be held for all kindergarten age children of Dracut residents on the dates and times below. Children must be five (5) years of age (on or before August 31, 2024) to enter Kindergarten in September 2024. There are no exceptions. Kindergarten children must be registered at the elementary schools in the neighborhood district where they reside.

VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE

Please visit below for a Virtual Open House video presented from each elementary school. The video will include:

• A presentation from:

  • The Principal, who will tell you about the school itself

  • The Kindergarten Teachers, who will talk about the Kindergarten program and curriculum

  • School Nurse, who will tell you the medical information needed for enrollment

• An understanding of the Registration Packet and process for completing/returning it

OBTAINING REGISTRATION PACKETS

Monday, February 28

• Registration packet folders can be picked up at each school beginning on this date

• Packets can also be downloaded by clicking Kindergarten Registration Packet 2022-2023

  • additional items may be included in the folders picked up at each school (additional questionnaires, parent/guardian resources, etc.) so you may be asked to complete and/or pick up additional information from the school at a later date

Day Returns – Monday, March 7h – Friday, April 1

Returning Completed Registration Packets

• Parents/guardians can drop off completed packets to each school during school hours (9:00 am - 2:00 pm) between the above dates. Information about drop off procedures for each school will be shared with families through weekly calls / emails. If you are new to our school, please check in with your home school to determine the drop off procedures. Schools may allow packets dropped off in person or simply have parents/guardians put the packet in a bin located in the school’s lobby. If this is the case, the school secretary will be reaching out regarding the status of your packet so you will know if there is anything else you need to provide us.

Afternoon/Early Evening Returns

• Parents/Guardians who are unable to return registration information during the school day can do so in the afternoon/early evening

  • Brookside – 3/24/22 - 4:30 - 6:30  pm

ZOOM Q AND A SESSION

• Each school will host a Zoom Question and Answer session for parents/guardians. More information to follow.
