INVITATION TO BID

The Dracut School Department will receive sealed bids for:
ASPHALT PARKING LOT PAVING AND PARKING LOT STRIPING

The Dracut Public Schools, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors pursuant to M.G.L. c 30, 39M for furnishing ASPHALT PARKING LOT PAVING AND PARKING LOT STRIPING. Sealed bids will be received at the Dracut Public Schools, Finance & Operations Office, 2063 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826 until July 10, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit of the bid price, taking into account alternates.

 Plans, specifications and bid forms may be requested via email to procurement@dracutps.org and are available as of June 18, 2025. The Dracut Public Schools reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive minor informalities.
