DRACUT PUBLIC SCHOOLS LEGAL NOTICE

The Dracut Public Schools invites sealed bids from contractors for On-Call Electrical Services for Security Alarm Systems, Badging Systems and Security Cameras for Exterior and Interior of Dracut Public Schools Facilities, and General Electrical Work for six schools within the Dracut Public Schools, and the Parker Ave School in Dracut, MA.  A one-year contract shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. 149, to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total estimated price. The Dracut Public Schools reserves its sole option to renew the contract for two additional one-year contract periods. Sealed bids must be received before February 4, 2026 at 1PM.  These specifications are in anticipation of funding. All contracts are voided if funds are not available.  Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 and to minimum wage rates as required M.G.L. c.149 §§526 to 27H.  Bid specifications will be available electronically on January 14, 2026 by emailing procurement@dracutps.org. The Dracut Public Schools reserves the right to cancel the bid request, reject any or all bids and waive informalities.

CH 149, to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total estimated price. The Dracut Public Schools reserves its sole option to renew the contract for two additional one-year contract periods. Sealed bids must be received on or before January 21, 2026 at 1:00PM.  These specifications are in anticipation of funding. All contracts are voided if funds are not available.  Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 and to minimum wage rates as required M.G.L. c.149 §§526 to 27H.  Bid specifications will be available electronically on January 7, 2026 by emailing procurement@dracutps.org.
